Roomy flat in the heart of Batumi

This 4 room Flat is located in historic apartment building, right in the centre of the city, between 6 May Park and European Square. Close to the sea (about 300 m). Home does show its age and we are preparing it for renovation (as you can see on some pics) meanwhile we decide to rent for the season. We do realize it isn't in great condition so we have fair price considering how roomy it's (100 m²: 2 bedrooms) and the central location. Thank you for checking.
